Condo Bridge is a cloud-based property management company serving condo and strata communities across British Columbia and Alberta, Canada since 2018. Their platform provides real-time financial data, a transparent resident portal, integrated vendor network, virtual meeting and voting capabilities, and automated task tracking — all for buildings with 200+ members.

The Challenge

Managing condo communities involves multiple stakeholders — unit owners, residents, boards, vendors, and managers — each with different access needs and workflows. The platform had to handle real-time financial data connected to bank accounts, a 24/7 resident portal, vendor coordination, and virtual meeting capabilities without breaking under operational complexity.

What I Built

  • Developed backend services supporting property management workflows including resident portal, board communications, and vendor coordination
  • Built scalable APIs for managing properties, tenants, financial records, and operational tasks across BC and Alberta
  • Implemented real-time financial data integration and automated accounting workflows
  • Built virtual meeting and voting infrastructure for large condo communities (200+ members)
  • Focused on system reliability and long-term maintainability to support high customer retention
  • Delivered clean data flows for both administrative and resident-facing operations

Outcome & Impact
